Which days will my car be washed?
When you book, you pick one of our wash-day combinations. Basic (2 days): Monday & Thursday, Sunday & Wednesday, or Saturday & Tuesday. Essential and Premium (3 days): Saturday, Monday & Wednesday, or Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday. Fridays are off. We wash overnight, so your car is clean on the morning of each wash day.
Do I need to be there?
No. Our team washes your car overnight, right where it's parked, so it's clean when you wake up. You'll get your wash days and first wash date on WhatsApp when we confirm your booking.
How do I pay?
Monthly, in advance. Once you confirm your booking, we'll send you the payment details on WhatsApp. New customers get 20% off their first month, and each extra car is 15% off. If a payment is more than 3 days late, washes pause until it's paid.
What if my car isn't there on a wash day?
If your car isn't in its usual spot at wash time, that wash isn't made up. Let us know on WhatsApp a day ahead and we'll try to move it.
What about rain, sandstorms or holidays?
If we miss a wash because of the weather, an official holiday or a delay on our side, we make it up on the next available day. Ramadan and Eid schedules are shared on WhatsApp.
How does interior cleaning work?
Interior cleaning (Premium) needs access to your car. We'll arrange key handover or an unlocked car with you when we confirm. Please remove valuables before your interior day.
What if I notice a scratch or problem?
We photograph your car on the first wash to record its condition. If something looks wrong after a wash, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we'll check it.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, any time through the booking form or on WhatsApp, with at least 2 days' notice. Pauses of 7 days or more are added to the end of your paid period. Cancelling stops your next renewal; the current month isn't refunded.
Do you have a referral offer?
Yes. When a neighbour joins APEX and writes your name or WhatsApp number in Who referred you? at the end of the booking form, you get 100 EGP off your next month once they pay their first month. There's no limit: every neighbour counts.
What do you do with my details?
We use your name, WhatsApp number, building and car details only to run your subscription and contact you about it. We never share them outside APEX.
